The Gym In A Bag is the only Grip-Free workout system in the world today. It has everything you need to do a complete full body workout. Included with the Bag is a DVD with three complete workouts featuring Kim Lyons, Trainer from the hit television show The Biggest Loser. You also receive a free-standing flip chart with more than 40 illustrated exercises demonstrated by Kim Lyons. The Gym In A Bag comes with four resistance bands each with four different level of resistance, custom hooks on the ends of each band for easy use during exercise, one set of ankle cuffs, one set of Grip-Free cuffs, one door attachment, one collapsible foam padded steel bar, and one carry bag with padded shoulder strap for easy transportation AND the whole thing fits into any suitcase
Sizing Note : Comes in four sizes, s, m, l (cuffs fit one size smaller than your normal glove size i.e. large glove size uses medium cuff).
