| Loop straps
onto carabineer hooks as shown. Begin by placing the wrist
cuff directly over the thumb and the palm of the hand.
Turn hands slightly to a 45 degree angle. |

| BEGINNING OF EXERCISE |
| Extending
the hands to the waist in a neutral position as shown,
begin the movement by raising the hands while contracting
the inside and outside head of the biceps. |
