WORKOUTS:  SHORT BAR BICEP CURLS

INSIDE - HEAD, STANDING POSITION

 

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Cinch loop straps onto short bar. Slip hands into the wrist cuff palms up. Position straps directly over the thumb and the palm of the hands as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
Extending the hands to the waist in a neutral position as shown, begin the movement by raising the hands while contracting the inside head of the biceps.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
Exercise is completed when biceps reach full contraction.
