WORKOUTS:  WIDE GRIP LAT PUSH DOWNS

SITTING POSITION

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Slip hands through wrist cuff and position them comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist as shown.  Straps will rest across the palm of the hand and along the inside of the index fingers of each hand.  Loop (or use a cinch knot) ends of straps over bar handles as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
With arms held above the head, slowly push elbows in a downward motion to engage the lats.  Chest should remain upright throughout movement.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
Exercise is complete when elbows reach the lowest point of the movement.  The exercise is now ready to be repeated.
