| HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING |
| Depending
on the design of the equipment you are using, either loop
the straps onto the handle or onto the carabineer if attaching
to a cable. Slip hands through wrist cuff and position
them comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist
as shown. Straps will rest across the palm of the hand
and along the inside of the index finger. |

| BEGINNING OF EXERCISE |
| Keeping chest
upright, push both elbows straight back while contracting
the lats as shown. |

| COMPLETION OF EXERCISE |
| When elbows
are pushed back to the point of maximum resistance, the
exercise is complete and ready to be repeated. |
