WORKOUTS:  WIDE GRIP REAR SHOULDER ROWS

SITTING POSITION

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Slip hands through wrist cuff and position them comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist as shown. Straps will rest across the palm of the hand and along the inside of the index finger of each hand. Loop the straps onto the handles as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
Elbows are up and out while arms are extended forward as shown. While arm position is maintained, elbows are pushed back, maintaining horizontal alignment with the shoulders while contracting the rear shoulders and upper back simultaneously.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
When elbows are pushed back to the point of maximum resistance, the exercise is completed and ready to be repeated.
