WORKOUTS:  SIDE LATERAL SHOULDER RAISES

STANDING POSITION

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Loop a single strap onto carabineer as shown. Slip hand through wrist cuff and position it comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
Begin movement with hand extended in front of waist as shown. Push the elbow up and out to the side to ear height contracting the outside head of the shoulder.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
Exercise is completed when the elbow reaches ear height in the exercise.  Exercise is ready to be repeated.
