POSITIONING |
| Loop a single
strap onto carabineer as shown. Slip hand through wrist
cuff and position it comfortably to the back side of the
hand and wrist as shown. |
| BEGINNING OF EXERCISE |
| Begin movement
with hand extended in front of waist as shown. Push the
elbow up and out to the side to ear height contracting
the outside head of the shoulder. |

| COMPLETION OF EXERCISE |
| Exercise
is completed when the elbow reaches ear height in the
exercise. Exercise is ready to be repeated. |
