| HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING |
| Loop the
straps onto caribiner as shown. Slip hands through wrist
cuff and position them comfortably to the back side of
the hand and wrist as shown. Straps will rest across the
palm of the hand and along the inside of the index fingers
of each hand. |

| BEGINNING OF EXERCISE |
| Extend the
hands to the waist in a neutral position as shown. Begin
the movement by pushing the elbows up and back at the
top while contracting the shoulders. |

| COMPLETION OF EXERCISE |
| Exercise
is completed when the elbows reach their highest point
of maximum resistance. Exercise is ready to be repeated. |
