| Use a cinch knot
to attach strapping to short bar as seen in picture. Place
hands into the wrist cuff with palms facing upward. |

| BEGINNING OF EXERCISE |
| While keeping elbows
tucked into the side of the body, extend elbows at the
same time contracting the Inside-Head of the tricep. |

| COMPLETION OF EXERCISE |
| Exercise is completed
when hands reach the lowest point in the movement and the
Inside-Head of the tricep can contract no further. Exercise
is ready to be repeated. |
