| While keeping
elbows tucked into the side of the body, push down with
hands, spreading hands apart at the bottom of the movement
contracting the Back and Outside - Head of the tricep. |

| Exercise
is completed when hands reach the lowest point in the
movement and the Back and Outside Head of the tricep can
contract no further. Exercise is ready to be repeated. |
