WORKOUTS:  SHORT BAR TRICEP PUSH DOWNS

BACK AND OUTSIDE - HEAD, STANDING POSITION

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Cinch loop straps onto short bar. Slip hands into wrist cuff palms facing down as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
While keeping elbows tucked into the side of the body, push down with hands, spreading hands apart at the bottom of the movement contracting the Back and Outside - Head of the tricep.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
Exercise is completed when hands reach the lowest point in the movement and the Back and Outside Head of the tricep can contract no further. Exercise is ready to be repeated.
