strap onto carabineer as shown. Slip hand through wrist
cuff palm up, and position it comfortably to the back
side of the hand and wrist as shown. |

| Keeping elbow
against the side of body, extend your hand in a downward
motion while contracting the back-head of the tricep as
shown. |

| COMPLETION OF EXERCISE |
| Exercise
is completed when hand reaches the furthest point in the
movement and the back-head of the tricep can contract
no further. Exercise is ready to be repeated. |
