WORKOUTS:  REVERSE TRICEP EXTENSIONS

STANDING POSITION

HAND AND STRAP POSITIONING
Loop a single strap onto carabineer as shown. Slip hand through wrist cuff palm up, and position it comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist as shown.
BEGINNING OF EXERCISE
Keeping elbow against the side of body, extend your hand in a downward motion while contracting the back-head of the tricep as shown.
COMPLETION OF EXERCISE
Exercise is completed when hand reaches the furthest point in the movement and the back-head of the tricep can contract no further.  Exercise is ready to be repeated.
