
Hand and Strap Positioning
Loop straps onto carbineer hooks as shown. Slip hands through wrist cuff and position them comfortably to the back side of the hand and wrist as shown. Straps will rest comfortably across the palm of the hand and along the inside of the index fingers of each hand.
Beginning of Exercise
With arms held above head, slowly push the elbows in a downward motion to engage the lats. Chest should remain upright throughout the movement.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is complete when elbows reach bottom of movement. The exercise is now ready to be repeated.
