
Hand and Strap Positioning
(If using door attachment, affix to top of door before beginning exercise.)
Slip cuffs on to resistant bands. Slide hands through wrist cuff and position them comfortably to the back side of the wrist as shown.
Beginning of Exercise
With arms held above the head, slowly push elbows in a downward motion to engage lats. Chest should remain upright throughout the movement.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is complete when elbows reach the lowest point of maximum contraction of the lats. The exercise is now ready to be repeated.
