Hand and Strap Positioning

(If using door attachment, affix to center of door before beginning exercise.)
Slip cuffs on to resistance bands. Slide hands through wrist cuff and position them comfortably to back side of wrist as shown.

Beginning of Exercise

With arms stretched in front of you, slowly push the elbows straight back while contracting lats as shown.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is complete when elbows are pushed back to the point of maximum contraction of the lats. The exercise is now ready to be repeated.
