Hand and Strap Positioning

(If using a door attachment, affix to top of door before beginning exercise.)
Slip cuffs on to resistance bands. Slide hands through cuffs and position them comfortably to the back side of the wrist as shown.

Beginning of Exercise

Stretch your arms out in front of you and at a slight angle upward as shown. While keeping the arms straight, push them toward the floor until hands come to rest alongside upper thigh with palms facing behind you.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is completed when arms are extended to point of maximum contraction of the lats. Exercise is now ready to be repeated.
