
Hand and Strap Positioning
(If using door attachment, affix to center of door before beginning exercise.)
Slip cuffs on to resistance bands. Slide hands through cuffs and position them comfortably to the back side of the wrist as shown.
Beginning of Exercise
While keeping the arms straight, push them outward away from one another until arms reach the point of maximum contraction of the rear deltoids. Keep hands facing forward during exercise.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when arms are extended to point of maximum contraction of the rear deltoids.. Exercise is now ready to be repeated.
