Hand and Strap Positioning

Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place both feet over center of resistance bands as shown. Place hand comfortably into cuff as shown. Be sure cuff does not go beyond thumb stop. Hang hands by side.

Beginning of Exercise

With hands resting by your side, begin movement by raising the hands while contracting the inside and outside heads of the biceps. Do not grip cuffs.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is complete when biceps reach the point of maximum contraction. Repeat exercise.
