
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Slide hand through cuffs and position them comfortably to the palm of your hand. Extend arms in front of you at eye level.
Beginning of Exercise
Begin movement by bending the arms and bringing the hands toward your head while contracting the inside and outside head of the bicep. Do not grip cuffs.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is complete when bicep reaches maximum contraction. Repeat Exercise.
