Hand and Strap Positioning

Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Slide hand through cuffs and position them comfortably to the palm of your hand.

Beginning of Exercise

While seated, place the elbow of the arm being worked, against the inside of your thigh. Keep arm pointed at an angle toward the floor. Begin movement by bending the arm at the elbow and contracting inside and outside head of bicep. Do not grip cuff.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is complete when bicep reaches maximum contraction. Repeat Exercise.
