Hand and Strap Positioning

Affix cuffs to resistance bands as shown. Slide hand through cuffs and position them comfortably to the palm of your hand.

Beginning of Exercise

Extend arms out in front of you angled slightly off to one side. Bend arm at elbow bringing hand upward toward your shoulder, contracting inside and outside head of bicep. Do not grip cuff.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is complete when bicep reaches maximum contraction.
