
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place hand over palm as shown. Be sure not to go past thumb stop on hand.
Beginning of Exercise
Raise elbows up on either side. With arms at shoulder level, push both hands directly out in front of you at chest height, keeping hands at shoulder width.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when both outstretched arms come together in front of you. Repeat.
