Hand and Strap Positioning

Affix cuffs to resistance band. Place cuffs over palm of hand as shown.

Beginning of Exercise

Stretch arms out to either side at shoulder height. With hands facing forward, bring hands together in front of you while keeping arms outstretched.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is complete when both outstretched arms come together in front of you. Repeat.
