Hand and Strap Positioning

Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place cuff over wrist as shown.

Beginning of Exercise

Raise elbows up to your side and bend arms to allow hands to stretch skyward. Keeping arms in fixed position, bring elbows together.

Completion of Exercise

Exercise is completed when elbows come together in front of you. Repeat.
