
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place cuff over wrist as shown.
Beginning of Exercise
Place one foot over center of resistance band. With hands pointed toward the floor in front of you, lift both hands simultaneously to shoulder height, contracting the outside head of the shoulder.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when the arms reach a point where they are parallel to the floor at shoulder height. Repeat exercise.
