
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance band. Place cuff over wrist as shown.
Beginning of Exercise
Place both feet over center of resistance band. Let hands rest comfortably in front of thighs with arms kept straight but flared out to the side. Lift both arms simultaneously to shoulder height, contracting the outside head of the shoulder while keeping the arms flared apart.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when arms reach shoulder height while contracting the shoulder muscles. Exercise is ready to be repeated.
