
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place cuffs over wrists as shown.
Beginning of Exercise
Place one foot on to center of resistance band. With hands pointed toward the floor in front of your thighs, raise your elbows upward and straight out to the sides of your body, contracting the trapezius and upper shoulders.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when elbows reach their highest point of maximum contraction. Repeat.
