
Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance bands. Place cuff over palm of hand as shown. Be sure not to go past thumb stop with cuff. Place one foot on to center of resistance band. Wrap band around shoe one time to prevent slippage.
Beginning of Exercise
With elbow raised to shoulder height, bend elbow and press arm straight above your head while contracting shoulder.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when outstretched arm reaches its maximum height. Repeat.
