

Hand and Strap Positioning
Affix cuffs to resistance band. Place cuff on arm being worked as shown, resting comfortably across palm. Do not go past thumb stop.
Beginning of Exercise
Wrap one end of tube around sneaker or shoe for security and with one hand affixed to cuff. Press hand overhead.
Completion of Exercise
Exercise is completed when arm is extended to FURTHEST point above head. Repeat.
